I have to second Christopher Paolini's Eragon and Eldist books they are very good espacally if your really into dragons, like me.
A series im reading right now is Robert Jordan's [url="http://www.tor.com/jordan/"]The Wheel of Time[/url] series. Its quite long-13 books i think. They're all pretty long books ,but in my opinion not too hard to read.
