All of the NPCs with time-critical quests will give you two warnings, and then they will leave the group (or go hostile, in Minsc's case). The first warning is a grumble, the second warning is a "we have to do this NOW!!" and then they quit. I've found that the warnings are usually about 8-10 days apart (but this seems to vary with the NPC in question).
So you're better off doing Yeslick's stuff now, and moving on from there.
Cheers,

Well, it somehow worked out okay in the end. I have just drowned the mines, and nor Yeslick nor Coran have left the party.
The problem was, that Yeslick gave one warning after 5 days. Then after 10 days, a bug occurred: he suddenly said goodbye, but right after that talked to me again and offered to join. If I would accept, he left right away (again) but offered after that to join again. Etcetera, etcetera.
However, I succeeded in Yeslick giving his first warning as late as possible, by giving him commands all the time, so that the second warning (the leaving bug) would occur five days later. However, this date would never come because by then the mine already was drowned.
So now I just killed Daeveron, and I finally can relax again. I think I will explore most of the Sword Coast, before heading to Baldur's Gate

I know it's quite annoying that I keep asking these things, and I would rather just play the game, but now I'm wondering if Kivan leaves if you don't kill Tazok fast enough. Because I remember that I read that somewhere, and if it's true I probably first head towards Baldur's Gate to kill Tazok. If this would be the case: where can I find Tazok? (please warn if it is a serious spoiler)

If you are in Chapter 4, then you should have already killed Tazok... He's in the Bandit Camp you cleared out in Chapter 3!

Sorry, Great Hairy One, but that is not correct. If you gain entry into the Bandit Camp by telling the bandits that you want to join them, you will meet Tazok and he will "test" you in combat, but you're not supposed to be able to kill him. (If you're fast enough, you might outwit the game and kill him anyway, but as far as the game is concerned, he's still alive.) He leaves the area and you won't see him again until Chapter Seven. Kivan will just have to wait for another battle with Tazok.
SPOILER!
Tazok is one of the lackeys you have to fight when you confront Sarevok in the final battle.

Whoops, my bad. I forgot Tazok escapes/leaves, and you get to kill him later.

I'm pretty sure that Kivan won't leave after you simply visit the Bandit Camp. He just grumbled to me for the first time, and all he was upset about was not killing enough bandits and getting to the heart of that problem. His history involves a need to kill Tazok, but I think he'll stick around until the end of the game as long as you A) keep him alive and with you, lol and B) clear the bandit camp quickly enough.

Yeah, you can kill Tazok in the test, I did it once (and posted a screenshot here

). This way you can get his stuff twice
