The Skorm's Bow is, as you would guess, a Bow. I think it has either 300 or 350 Damage. The sentinus is a large club that has Piercing and Sharpening Augmentation (correct me if I'm wrong here!) I dont recall the damage on this myself.
So, to answer your question the Skorm's bow is better because its actually a bow

P_a_l_a_d_i_n got his at 6am with full good char
i was a mostly neutral char and the 6am thing (6/7 tries)never worked for me, only midnight
maybe, just maybe?

i got the bow by donating a bunch of bandits from twinblades elite camp it is a pain though because you have to walk pretty far. if anyone was in my position i hope this helps do it at midnight though.

Ok, so I'm kinda in a fix, I beat the game and I'm going around getting all the legendary weapons and I have ALL except Skorm's Bow. I've used every mercenary available and I'm so evil that even if I donated all my money to the Temple of Avo it wouldn't bring me down a notch into good. Any suggestions?

donate all of your money to the temple of avo,and when you press the donate button quicly press it until you get back to donation screen,and repeat.
you should be fully good in no time

Getting skorms Bow is even better when ur evil...
U need to go to twinblades ELITE CAMP and sack up some strong bandits ( not from the normal bandit camp only elites )
Bring a bunch with u and take the mercanary in the camp to.. Hurry thrue oakvale to Barrow fields
becouse the guards wont B this happy with the bandits u took with u...
Now go to the darkwood and to the cappel of skorm eat a moonfish ( to make it midnight... they can b cought at midnight to at any waters )
and sacrafice the bandits mostely the strongest ones will provide u the age thing the nacromancer title and skorms bow ( i needed 3 bandits and it was all good )
REMINDER
A healing spell would B nice becouse a fully healty bandit will be from better valeu than a wounded 1
