Congratulations, you're the bubonic plague!
You're infamous. You're usually deadly when left untreated. You're spread by a flea.
That's how cool you are.
and I am also Jim Morrison

I don't think it is quite like polio...but medicine is not my area....so I don't really know very much about it....there might be information on the net though if you do a search
Now I'm curious, I may do one myself as well actually

I think it is considered exclusively a childrens's disease.
Its not polio. Its a deficiency that causes the legs (usually) to bow out. Not very common in the age of Vitamin D-fortified milk.

1st test:

Congratulations, you're rickets!
Caused by insufficient phosphorous, vitamin D and/or sunlight, you cause those unlucky enough to suffer you to have swelling in the joints, and bending of the longer bones (such as those found in the legs) in growing children.
You're not very prevalent in affluent societies any more - but don't worry, there's always the third world!
2nd test:
Why am I not surprosed at that one ? .....GOD I wish Ode was here....

..
No worries,
Beldin

Transmitted by rabid animals, you're most commonly found infecting creatures such as raccoons, skunks, bats and foxes. But don't worry, you affect humans too, causing either paralysis or hyperactivity in your advanced stages, and ultimately death.
Your most famous symptom is hypersalviation - that delightful foaming at the mouth that we have come to know and indeed love. However, you can also cause hallucination; think of the fun you could have at parties!
You would much rather be getting drunk, writing poetry and sleeping with your fans than being boring old you. There is never a dull moment when you're around. you have much talent that shouldn't be wasted. so what are you waiting for? GO BE A ROCK STAR!
Another Morrisson here - while I'm glad Ode is trying to get the most out of life

, I do miss him being around too

At least I'm not a venereal disease, but I notice I'm the same as Weasel.....this cannot be a good thing.
Looks like I blew this one. Grace Slick is still alive AFAIK

Congratulations, you're gonorrhea!
Women suffer bleeding during vaginal intercourse, a burning sensation when they pee, and a delightful womanly discharge that comes in yellow muck or blood flavours. Men get to have a whole lot of pus coming from their penis. What's more, you can be passed to babies as they're being born, and cause them to go blind! That's how cool you are!

now i looked it up in my grandmothers old medical book. and in danish it's called "Engelsk syge" (English disease)..... And it's lack of some vitamine, that causes kids bones to be *brusk??* rubbery. and at some point they cant move at all. there is no cure for it. and the patient will be paralysed in their entire body. it can also cause some [removed] like state.... that is roughly what i remember from her book.
