Some schools over here have actually banned the phrase "your mum"!! Fair, I think...

Anyway, it's hardly incessant when it's confined to a thread designed for that purpose... Let them have their fun, they'll get bored of it soon enough... I hope...

I think it got to the state that "your mum" was taken as a serious insult (not even attached to any sentence - all they'd do is shout "Your mum!" at someone!), and apparently quite a lot of fights started that way... And they banned it the same way that they would ban any word in a school, ie. saying it would probably get you in trouble the same way swearing would.

ah, wait, nobody gets in trouble for swearing though. i dunno, i probably just go to a relaxed (or possibly ghetto) school.
