Note his reply in particular, was particularly amusing. I am hungry, what should I have for lunch today?
I went on a long bike ride to the zoo. Coming back, I have to cross train tracks, and there was a VERY long train blocking my path, I didn't want to lose my rythym, so I jumped onto the linkage between two railway cars, climbed up, then jumped down the other side, all while carrying my mountain bike. Cut my knee open, but it was worth it.
Hmmm what do you like? something quick? something on the go? something to take your time and enjoy?
sounds exciting. I just made sure the little boys in the mosh pit didn't spill my drink.

Well, certainly not a salad.
I'm in the office, so I need something within walking distance that I can bring back here. I'm going to go take a stroll and see if I can find something interesting.
what drink?

I went to the biannual local music showcase, saw a couple bands, decent weekend. How about you?
Eh em. I only know of one on this board, and of couse the proper spelling is:
genus.

Good luck

Do they have places that specialize in quick take out? They do here Chinese, Mexican, italian..lots of variety
vodka/tonic, they didn't have any decent beers at the outdoor stage, but they had ok mix drinks (not great but more drinkable than Bud light)

Waverly: Phylum envy?
T'laana: Ahh, I see.
Domestic brews are mostly completely undrinkable. Vodka is a good choice. My favorite at concert beverage is rum&coke w/lime. What bands were good?

How was lunch?
I agree wholeheartedly. Truck was good, even with some tech problems, Gat Rot was ok. Chango Malo was very poor sound and was a little too generic for me.

Lunch was good, but I am still hungry. I had a German Bratwurst sandWitch and a Pepsi Lemon soda. What have you eaten today?
Pick up any guys at the show?

Nobody was interesting enough

Perhaps you are too picky. What type were you looking for, or if not actively looking, then what type would it have been ok to run across? I think I've heard you describe it before, but some people's types change depending on where they are and their mood and environment.

I wasn't actually looking, i was taking pics of my friends band
I do prefer tall, although its not a necessity, some of the same interests especially music and intelligent. Unattatched and employed are also on the necessary list.Other than that Ilike diferent types it just depends on whether there's an interest

Back on topic.
I say, beat them!!! There's nothing worse than receiving vegetables at dinner time that look like Bugs Bunny has already been at them. Such a culinary
faux pas must be punished to the fullest extent of the law (handy tip - go for the kidneys - the bruises won't show).
PS I remember once my father served me a piece of cod that looked like Jaws had it first. I administered a sound thrashing and never received such a marine "delight" again. See, kids can get their own back.

LMAO, Right on, BEAT 'EM!. Damn kids never pull their weight, and besides, they don't understand what they've done wrong unless you rub their nose in it.
Btw, I'm not TOUCHING your "Marine Delight" lob, way to easy for someone of my character. Perhaps....yes, that sounds like a job for Waverly.....

A case in point certainly CE
not so secret maybe but fun. The show was fun, it showcases 50 or so local bands at a number of different clubs for one admission to the whole thing. A god chance to check out new bands and old favorites

I have to disagree,
I believe Foul is a well adjusted person ready for society.
