I interpreted that as a small joke, because the Pocket Plane
IS a dimension in hell, so he is not asking you to go anywhere really.
Not forgetting that you
own PP because of your Bhaal status, you own Cespenar too, as Trym so succintly puts it. Following that logic to its conclusion, since you own him, you can do anything to him as you please, testing weapons, kicking, killing, etc.

If you look in an editor like shadow keeper there is an item an efreeti bottle I beleive, it says in the description that you have put cespenar into it, although im not sure how or if it fits into the game
If you have clua commands on.. you can kill anything with cntrl something.. not sure what the exact command is but it just intstantly burns em for about 2k damage and you get no exp.. or reputation loss, usefull for when an npc backtalks you once to often....
