Well Sleep you could always lurk and wait for someone, ie Weasel to eclipse you. But I guess that would be a bit boring then  .

Spam to 10K and enter SYM folklore. :D

Funny thing with the top ten, a few haven't frequented here for some time and they''ve still made the list.

Hey, he's got you there sleep...

"Keep the spam relevant. By this we mean make it entertaining or at least sociable. Not just nonsense such as "Spam is good" or counting down to landmark posts. "

Or, if you just want to get the deed done and move on, make every tenth post nothing but a countdown post.

And as to how your supposed to feel, being the member with the most posts. I don't know, but I'm putting you on suicide watch. :D

I'm certain PM's account for your post count. As for wether they have visited or not. Many of them have chosen to be invisible, and possibly frequent the board often. ;)

@ Sleep. Well it takes time, just like any addiction :p

@tam If PM's went towards my post count i would have gone past 10'000 long ago, probably closer to 20 :D

@Grunt, i wouldn't really call it play, although i can do a bassline from a Nirvana track ;)

@Josh, yep, my mum picked me up in her arms and said....damn this one is a spammer!

Nah, we decided to consider count-down posts as in bad form of SYM spamming.

I wouldn't worry about the post count Sleep :) If I could post from work mine would undoubtedly be higher than it is. There's no shame in having posted so much, you've helped a lot of people with tech issues, expressed opinions and had fun :) What more can you ask for? (Besides contributions to your retirement fund :D ) Posts are just conversations in cyberland, no one keeps track of how many jokes you've told your friends, or how many times you make smalll talk with the person standing in line at the grocery store. It's all the same, being sociable(or in some of our cases antisocial :D )

I just took a look at my own post count, and to say the least. I'm surprised!
I'm almost at 1000, never knew it would come to this. Then I'm in with the big boys...well sort off. I'll never be a spammer like Sleepy, Weasel or Aegis. :D
