I'm with @Voodoo Dali on this. In abstract, every theory of government works perfectly to the betterment of its members. In practice, each seems to be a macabre distortion of its ideal condition. Still, the absence of government would be a condition leading to horrible abuse--which leaves us at an impasse, IMO.

I'm also in agreement with VoodooDali and fable on this. Lots of things work when you contemplate them in your mind, some of them even work when on paper, but even fewer work when put into practice.
