I can not see how one can conduct interviews in the place of quesiton, that makes no sense

It puts both the prospective witness and yours truly in a more relaxed atmosphere, therefore eliciting a more truthful interview.....

By the way, who is prosecuting? if no one can be found, I make a motion for the case to be thrown out, as the defense cannot defend when there is no one to defend against.

But the law states that the prosecution must bear the burden of proof.....also, the defense has not been made aware of the charges being brought against us. This gives us no chance to formulate an adaquate defense, and is ground for declaring a mistrial.
