Lainy, Thanks for clearing things up

I think Nippy's suggestion was an excellent one. I have spoken to DP personally and he is quite alive and well. Whether he was banned or chose to leave the board is his personal business. If he or anyone involved had wanted to make that public, they would have done so. From what he has posted publically, DP indicated that, as many people do, he was working through issues in his personal life. To address an earlier comment, DP is not a kid... he is an adult with adult responsibilities. DP was a frequent contributor to the Dark Flame thread and as such a comrade at arms. In that spirit, I would like to respectfully suggest that we cherish the memories we have of him and grant him the privacy that he deserves.

As T'Lainya stated, Darkpoet (and his many aliases) has been banned for misrepresenting himself to certain members of this forum (to an absolute extreme), among other things. Additionally, members who do not want this discussed have asked me to close this thread, which I am about to do.
