Hmm, more advice...
Boredom is directly proportional to the desire for activity. It is also derived from too much having and not enough wanting.
My advice would be to sit for a few minutes and see if you can find something that you'd really like to be doing. With your gf on the bed, I'm sure you'll think of something!
As to lack of hope for the future... hell man, your only 23! Just enjoy the moment.

Ok, so you obviously don't suffer from Graphophobia, Geliophobia or Achluophobia so I'm guessing you've got some sort of writing dependency... either that or your in the dark corner and not using the notepad for writing
