wouldn't blood start shooting out the dolphins eyes at zero Gs? Either that or it can fly too just as it swims

i imagine that at the point of zero G it would just become much easier to float...
any actual movement would be pretty much the same as normal zero G but just more difficult since the water is more dense than air..
maybe im looking into this too much...
