Yeah, tv can be addicting, especially if it's the kind of stuff you'd naturally like. I remember seeing a report a few years back that US people tend to spend more than 4 hours out of every 24 watching television.

For similar reasons, I limit my purchase of heavy, cheese-infested pizza each week. Otherwise I'd just become a mozzarella.

You live in a dorm, or an apartment? And if I may be so invasive, what school do you attend?
