Yes, but not that much snow

Maybe it'll melt

*looks outside and projects 'melt', 'melt', 'melt' towards the snow.*

Oh-ho! A couple of snow-haters, here, eh? Well, I guess I don't care for it much, but, like Ned, I would have a hard time not seeing any during a year. Spring wouldn't be the same without melting snow and gushing water all over the place!

*sigh* I wish we had snow!

We rarely get snow in London, it must be a temperate zone, to quote the Monty Python...
Right now, it is raining and warm enough

You are rewarded for suffering English weather ("foggy, raw, and dull" as the bard hath it), by being in Europe!

Positively awash in culture and history, and just a hop skip and jump away from
German beer! I envy you!

Ysh,
The coconut's tropical. Yeah Yeah, it could be carried as the swallow may fly south for the winter.
And don't come back at me with that coconut migration theory. 'tis batty.
No, I am not buying a grail today, unless you fill it with Jameson.

@der Moench - what do you mean we are in Europe?!?!

LMAO!!

but you're right about the German beer, you would be righter if you had mentioned Belgian beer

and talk talk English history with at99, you may be there for weeks without a true discussion!
@Ned *passes a grail of Jamesons* Now go away before I taunt you a second time!

Oh! and Ned, *snatches drink back* you can have this if you answer the following questions correctly...
1)what is your name?
2)what is your favourite colour?
3)what is the air speed velocity of an African swallow?

@Vivien: Yikes! You
are a snow-hater!
Why not move south? It's not like we don't get the heat and humidity here in Minneapolis, anyway. Or, hit the (west) coast: best weather in the US, IMO.
Not that I'm trying to get rid of you!

No, I saw that discussion with @99, and I stayed
well away!

But you have the Chunnel, now! You are all "on the continent," as they say!
Belgian = OK.
German = best.
Trust me - I'm a monk!

Chunnel - LMAO!!

That only connects without seasickness

at a cost...
@Ned - as much as I fancied throwing you into the abyss, no malice intended of course - just feeling a need to be amused, I hand you back your chalice of finest malt
