Sleep: You exibit something not uncommon. It is called Tacit Knowledge, which, roughly defined means a spontaneous equilibrium of visual clues.
The combination of three elements;
1) Russian
2) Actress
3) Woman
all combine to form a directory of possible facts and images stored in your brain. The fact that the name Natasha Henstridge came up would be due to the image of said beautiful actress being stored in your long term memory, where representations of facts, images, thoughts, feelings, skills, and experiences may reside for as long as a lifetime.
My guess would be you had some feelings for said actress at one stage

Being an 18 year old male, it's not uncommon.
And that concludes psychology 101 for today!

A word to the willing: Don't try to use your memory. Conscious use of the memory is slow and usually not very productive. Let the subconscious take effect and within a couple of minutes it will come to you. Besides, while your subconscious figures out whatever you want, you can do other things like check out the babe at the bar and store that image for later use

'Runs to nearest bar'
'Weasel looks around, lost in space'
'Runs home'
Hey this works

I can picture the 'babe' perfectly.
[Mental note to myself: Don't look at fat babes while lost in space at bar.]
