That's drivel, and Quayle doesn't put one to sleep. He stimulates nausea. Sheesh, what's wrong with the present generation. They don't even know the drugs they take off the shelves. :p

Yes, but @Maharlika, many of those remarks were simply slips of the tongue. Quayle, on the other hand, actually *knew* what he was saying, when he made many of those absolutely vapid remarks. He considered them possessing serious content.

If it helps at all, Quayle's father, a noted Indiana newspaper editor, dislikes his son intensely, has published editorials against him, and considers him an idiot. :)
