But, that was a 'Xanth' novel (I've been sick these last few weeks and needed to read something), and I probably shouldn't go into how sexist and demeaning I found those books in general, that character just being one more extention of his anti-woman agenda. Grrr...

But, that rant aside, great job you two! Seems like you had fun, and I've often imagined the BG series as a movie!!

Can I be Anomen? Please please, pretty please? His armor, his voice, I could really get the chicks with that getup. Beside, he is the essence of manly virulity, Just the image of a pl\aladin...so string..so..forceful....in charge and in control, filling out his armor so well...oh my...anyway, make me Anomen, I gotta run and PM Nippy about something that just came up

Well, if you want to put words in my mouth, I won't stop you even though you are wrong. I would rather you put something more fun in my mouth - minimally chocolate.

I always enjoyed having Alora in my party, and when I played IWD2 I had a halfling thief named - Vivien.

Alora wasn't annoying to me, but she bugged the heck out of Jaheira (who wasn't very likable herself in BG1). So, Alora got a big thumbs up from me!

Haer'Dalis suits me fine, aside from his weak stats and the fact that he uses short swords...give me a long sword any day.
Not really fond of the Blade kit either...but he has one of my favourite personalities of the characters.
That said, I always saddle him with Aerie (and Minsc, with the berserker sword or that annoying Lilarcor) to get rid of her in a 'nice' way.

Though if AC is Aerie...hmm...
