Everybody is upset about this horrible act, but we should still try not to spread desinformation and not jump to premature conclusions about who did it.
Arafat has condemned the act, and expressed his sympathies and condolences to Bush and the American people. Even DFLB and Hamas has condemeced the act.

This is a real sad day...the worst within century since the atmoic bomb attack on the Japanese. The difference is the atomic attack were ment to stop WW2, but this attack were made cowardly and this is not a war time
