Welcome to the forum, Darth Kruger. Nobody should be making fun of anybody, it's all ideas after all! That's not to say everybody's going to like your idea, mind...
Thinking about it, the idea of using Revan's family would tie in with some of the themes in the past two games about a Jedi and love/close relationships (I'm thinking of people like Jolee, Mission, Bastila and her mother etc.). But then, if Revan was like an uber-jedi, what's his evil brother been doing all this time?

Characters:
T3-M4
HK-47
Bastila Shan (Dark side)
Canderous Ordo (Dark side)
Jedi Exile (Light side)
Revan (Light side)
Carth Onasi
Atton Rand (female player)
Mira (male player)
Planets:
Coruscant (I still can't believe that you can't visit the main planet of star wars universe in KotOR 1 and 2!)
Ruins of Taris
Nar Shaddaa
Deralia (it is possible that this planet is Revan's homeworld)
Mandalore
Korriban
Alderaan
Chommell Minor
Naboo
Geonosis
Storyline:
I hope the main character to start as a survivor from Taris who managed to break through the Sith quarantine and escaped to Coruscant. The character was forced to become a thief because his homeworld was destroyed and he was left without his family who where killed during the Sith's orbital bombardment. One day character hears a rumor that a woman named Jedi Exile discovered that Revan is still alive somewhere in the Outer Rim. When character finds out that man who to his opinion is responsible for Taris destruction still walks alive, he goes totally mad and begins to look for Exile, Carth, Bastila and others who might have some information about Revans location.
Later it's found out that main character is gifted with the Force and if character is Dark side Bastila Shan trains him as Sith Apprentice or if he is Light side Mira or Atton (depending on character's gender) train him as Jedi Padawan.
When character finally finds Revan he realizes that Revan isn't responsible for Taris'es destruction and may choose to help Revan fight the True Sith or threathen Revan and try to kill him but unsuccessfully because in the end Revan flees, later destroy the True Sith then become their Dark Lord and stand to the final battle against Revan, again unsuccessfully because almost before death Revan unleashes at character his full Force potential and thorns him apart. Revan escapes from planet thinking that he destroyed the True Sith once and for all but it the end it becomes clear that main character isn’t dead. Like Darth Sion he uses his anger to keep his body together.
Gameplay:
Better graphic engine.
New combat system.
NO CRASHES!
Much bigger maps.
No prestige classes because I think that for example Sith Lord isn't equal to Sith Assassin and it is not logical that you can choose them both being at same level. They should create some class multilevel system where you can upgrade your class from Jedi Padawan to Jedi then to Jedi Knight and to Jedi Master (and maybe to Jedi Lord

. I heard that are Jedi Lords in star wars universe.) or from Sith Apprentice to Sith Assassin then to Sith Marauder then to Sith Lord and finally to True Sith Lord.
Other:
I really wish that Bioware would make the game because to me the first KotOR will always be better than Sith Lords.

I think its safe to say that Darth Traya will make another apperence in Kotor 3. Neither Darth Sion or Darth Nihilus were able to kill her. None of the Jedi masters were able to detect her. The game made her to be very manipulative so the exile may think that he killed her because there is no definative ending to kotor 2. They will more than likely bring Revan back in kotor 3 so you know she played a huge part in his upbringing. Its all set up for her to be a part of number 3. Be prepared to deal with more of her cryptic words guiding you in kotor 3

HELL NO!!!!! I dont think kreia should return as a party member, but a side character more likely... But you are right about her being manipulative, so its actually pretty good odds for her returning... But well see then.

Didn't Kreia die at the end of KOTOR 2? How will the sequel explain her appearance later on?

I suspect the theme for III will be 'The search for Spock, er I mean Revan'. I expect there will be a forced dialogue somewhere early in the game asking the player if Revan and the Exile were male/female, light or dark, as in KOTOR II. The answers will then be used to trigger either an evil Bastilla or Carth to hire/conscript the protagonist.
I'd be very annoyed if Traya makes a comeback, almost as annoyed as I would be if Obsidian have anything to do with the production. I definitely don't wan't any more instances of my actions being screwed up by being interrupted by any totally unnecessary cut scenes, as happened far too many times in KOTOR II. It would be nice if the player has some control over who gets recruited as well, no more having dorks like Goto, Handmaiden, Disciple ad especially Kreia foisted on us.
PS And especially no slimeballs like Atton!

Its all up for assumption that she died. No one knew she exsisted untill she found the exile. Neither of the two sith lords in kotor2 could kill her so how would the exlie be strong enough to do something they couldn't. The force bond between them means that if she did die then the exile really couldnt come back in kotor 3 and would have died on Mal V along with her

As the Exile kills both of those Sith Lords it stands to reason that he/she is stronger than them. The forcebond being lethal was never confirmed, and as the Exile leaves Mal V after killing Kreia it's self evident that it wasn't lethal, if it was even still in place by that time.

The exile never killed Sion just convinced him to give it up. You just see her fall into Mal V at the end and depending on which side you were as we all know the ending is different. True it doesn't confirm but it also doesn't deny that it can kill. The question is asked through out the game and all the masters don't know or didn't give up the answer. I"m not saying that I want her back in kotor 3 but........ there are too many questions left unanswered in the ending of kotor 2. Nothing is definitive. The old hag has some tricks up her sleve. She ties in well if they do bring Revan back (teacher) and also the exile (with the force bond). I don't want her as a team member but she was a master at using everyone as her puppet to manipulate situations.

I have, literally, just finished playing the gae again, and I killed both of them, before taking on and defeating Kreia, and she was definitely dead, turned her toes up, gone to meat her maker, deceased etc., even the guy in the pet shop would not deny it*
According to her foreseeing of the future, the Exile would follow Revan in search of the Sith Empire, and he/she and Revan would need the help of both Sith and Jedi in the unknown reaches.
*Monty Python reference in case you weren't familiar with the sketch.

or even better you could play as little reven and your trying to find your father

Kotor III
I've posted on this before, but I'm gonna say it again. I truly think that the kotor sequel should have a lot more free roam in it. Kind of a free roam like in the game Oblivion where you can complete objectives at your own pace. If you're in the middle of a mission, and you need, say, a new lightsaber crystal or something, you should be able to go to another planet and buy or start a new quest to get that crystal you need, then go back and complete your original objective. OR, even better, your in the middle of a mission, and say "hmm...i dont feel like doing this quest right now," so you should be able to have the freedom to leave this quest and go to another planet or another area on your current planet and do a new quest you feel like doing. What I'm describing should be implied in all RPG games like KOTOR.

you can already do that... it says no where in the gane that you have to complete every tast at that exact moment. i was on dantooine and that jon guy asked me to kills that mandos... i killed like half them then went on my way. same with the sandral and matale feud. i was always skipping around the planets and whatnot. so you do have that freedom i just dont think that ppl are aware of it...
