I don't like the heat of a sauna myself.
The Roman equivalent seems to have been a 'laconicum' - a circular room offering an intensly hot and dry atmosphere like a sauna.
Yes,and I share the same weather with you.
So you know exactly what I have been suffering lately...
@Rav
That may be true, but IMO nothing can still be compared to Finnish sauna

Heh. You can keep your saunas, Kip.
Though I see how they might be appealing with the cold weather Finland and Estonia seem to suffering from.

Hehe. No, I was just trying to get something to work and now I have a couple of jobs to do.
Keep talking about the weather and I'll be back in a few minutes.
@Gog, Why do I want to boil? I don't like 30 degrees Celsius in the summer, so I don't see why I should go through it voluntarily.

The heat of a good sauna is very cleansing.

Tsssk. Scandinavians.
I still don't like the heat whether it's cleansing or not. I prefer it to be cold over hot. Obviously not -20 or whatever temperature it is for you now though.

In brazil there's a comediance crew who have a "Sauna Gay Party", that defends sauna for everyone, and mocks a few brazilian politicians. Its funny

But i cant like saunas because of that. :laugh:

LOL! Excellent, people are going to the trouble of finding answers to my questions (I wonder how long this will last?).
Thank ye.
Now I can say saunas are a Finno-Ugric phenomenon. *nods*
