The basis of SLURR philosophy is have a good time, and that means being friendly with as many people as possible, irrespective of whether they be SLURRs, COMMs, lurkers, spammers or DFs.

The reason for that is quite simple: He cannot SLURR from work, as imbibing vast amounts of alcohol in the workplace is not the best way to keep one's job.
Naturally removing a SLURR from their natural environment will disrupt their normally friendly disposition.

Even SLURRs have jobs to do. For what it's worth, I really disliked having to douse Mah in flaming shine, honest I did.
