Kilts, not being so lightweight that any common breeze can lift them, might require a little 'help'. Care to lend a hand? A Wandering Hand, perhaps?

And just to clarify, lurkers don't wear kilts, they don't really wear anything. But that's ok, you can't see them anyway.
