Oh, you're in the navy? I didn't realise. Did you choose that, or do they just tell you?

I can see where living underground might seem attractive if they make you stay outside in those temperatures for weeks :D
Well, the final place is selected/ordered at the end of basic training. But the possibility that I get to the naval forces is quite good.

And living underground has also it's negatives sides... like lots of bleeding noses and such, due the very dry air.

I don't understand. Why does dry air cause that? And if it does why don't they make it wetter?

Well, I don't know the scientific reasons for that, but many of my friends who have been there has experienced that problem, especially the bleeding nose.

And I do not know why they keep it like that, but hey, that's army! A lots of things which have something to do with the army doesn't make sense! :D :D

I've heard that before. And certainly training naval officers by keeping them underground and giving them nose bleeds seems pretty strong evidence to me. Unless you are perhaps being trained for submarines?

Nope, and the time in that place is only one part of the training. After that person gets to the real naval base to get training

Oh that reminds me, have to wait for rav and fiona so I can scare them into hiding in a closet over the summer.
I knew you were going to Ireland, Phreddie, But when did this sinister plan evolve?

@ Kipi. Will you be combat ready by summer? I ask because of the threat outlined above :D

Well, my training is finished during summer, after that there is 6 months of working period... :D

Thanks for the link.

Seems you won't be free to protect Scotland from Phreddie :(

Never mind. I seem to remember he has rabies - they'll never let him in :)

I have to go and do things. If you're here I might talk to you later. Bye Kipi

Oh sure, distract from my question... :D ;)

But honestly. I was planning to have some people over tonight but now my friend Ashley can't come, and she's the one who was bringing our main entertainment (in DVD form :rolleyes: :D ). And now Zoe can't come either and I don't want to just have Staci over because it will be really awkward because we don't even really have any common interests! And I cleaned the place for nothing. :mad: And I can't get the Black Eyed Peas' "hump" song out of my head. :( :( :(

I think Phreddie mentioned his trip would also involve England... :eek:

@OS, this wouldn't have anything to do with you following my advice from last night, would it?
Ahh, it's been revealed. Never mind then.

@Rav, heh, no. I couldn't reach Staci last night. And since Zoe and Ashley can't make it now, I'm calling the thing off. I'll try again next week. :rolleyes:

@Ara, LOL. :D
@Fiona, half, maybe. :rolleyes: ;)
