@craig: It's Sashimi Vivien was talking about. Sushi is the one served on the rolled rice (though there are many variations and not necessarily with row fish), and Sashimi is a plate of row fishes, shellfishes and shrimps.

Personally, I don't like people serving Sashimi which is still moving. There's no need to prove the freshness in that way...

Must be a language thing. In Swedish, we use a word that would translate as "shell-food", and by that we mean crustaceans and oysters, sometimes also squid. This is a gastronomic term, and has nothing to do with biological fylea and genera.
Personally, I dislike eating oysters. They remind me of what happens when you sleep on your back with a bad cold.

@C Elegans, I think it's fair to say that shellfish are considered seafood by some Americans, but not by all. There are people who like one or the other. We appear to have similar reactions to the stuff.

Having seen the old structure of the SYM has been destroyed and disappeared like dust by hands of God... sorry, Satan, I decided to go through and save a few precious monument still standing.

As this is one of few legacy left by our beloved ( ) FoulDwimmerlaik and his twin Saigo, I felt it is necessary to keep this in the best condition possible for the future generations.
