In Limburg, Belgium. I work at a Helldesk, so I have access to the net during office hours. I wouldn't be the first to post here during office hours, though...

hehe i know about (L)users. i used to work at a helldesk at a hospital. lotso pissed/sick/pregnant people to deal with

Interesting information - strange coincidence too: I usually deal with hospitals as well, as we support (among other things) one of our in-house products for the management of electronical patient records at the Helldesk (and soon Medibase, another medical programme, too) ** takes another drink from his
Duff Dark ** Best part was before my time, though: a doctor with a patient under narcosis who had a problem with C2M (our in-house product) and needed the data to perform the operation

i delt in the security business area...felt more like info desk most of the time

i did get to deal with some drunk, irrate generals, upset soon to be dads, illegal drugs, misc weapons, and lots of MP's
