I hate to sound too Magrus-esque but my senior year of high school I literally dated two girls at the same time who were best friends. One was loud, flirty and obsessed with guys liking her, the other was shy and cute, very genuine. The former liked attention (and gave it back in droves  ) the latter... MAde you work for it a little more. Took the two of them to two different dances much to my chagrin (I always hated high school dances)... We all got along fine. Long story short I've been dating the shy one for a year and a half now ;) . If you're you, the guy will like you: if he doesn't you shouldn't bother anyways. Just my take, high school drama always seemed stupid to me and I don't mean to sound 'greater than thou' again (I do that alot, and I'm sorry :( ) but this kind of stuff really isn't that... Important.

Dear Mr. Lennon hair,

I know you dont know me, and thats probably lucky for you. Could kitten please have a piece of your lovely, springy, volume filled, awesomely coolred, puppy dog feeling- *realizes it says "Lennon Hair" and not "Brian Hair"*- Uh, nevermind. Kitten doesnt know me.
Hate to be the jack ass here
 Whoa, you lost me. j/k.

@Tony, it just seems that guys always like my friend. What bugs me most, is that she flirts endlessly with them, and if (or when) then ask her out or something, she'll say no. :(

Heh, you just described The Person Formerly Known as (my girlfriend's name here) Best Friend: that's how I always refer to her, even when she's around (oooh it's so great and awkward when she is :D :D ) to an "s

There's something many girls, particularly in high school where the cutthroat social hierarchy is at it's finest, just enjoy about taunting guys. You know this of course  :p , but it's just... Empowering to them I suppose. Guys always like a flirt but that doesn't mean they want to date the flirt either, keep that in mind. I'm sorry you're in this predicament, but don't you dare lower yourself. You're better than that.

I hate the Beatles.

I would never do that, Tony. I think it's horrible that she flirts with guys then rejects them. And then, after, when she's friends with the "rejectee," she's always hugging them and giving them highfives and flirting with them. Temptress.

I know.

just a nonsolicitated thought, but could it be that the reason all the guys like your friend is the fact that she flirts endlessly with them? I only ask because you have stated somewhere I think you might be shy. It could be that they interpret shyness as a lack of interest or confidence.

*nods* That's a common problem but in many cases it's true too. I enjoy the shy, quiet types myself because I'm a bit reserved myself (not here though :p ) and they often force you to get to intimately know them just by nature alone. Trying to cut down those masks that hide insecurities and get to truly know the person is quite rewarding. This is all so cliche'd (I had to take over with Rav leaving and all ;) )...

Well OS I'd be more than happy to loan you my crew to teach the ho a lesson...
