Experience cap remover

Another one question. Could someone tell me, how to install the experience cap remover?

I have seen diffrent exp.cap removers
you should be able to unzip it to the BG2 folder.

After you download cap remover you should extract it in override directory in your BG2 folder. Then it should work.
