Walkthrough
When you talk to Brandon Lann in
Covent Garden Station, he'll ask you to search for Dr. Fawkes in Covent Garden Market. When you reach the zone, you'll receive a transmission from a wounded templar letting you know that "something big" dragged Dr. Fawkes into a hellrift. You'll then need to search the zone for the hellrift, which will show up on your mini-map as a yellow portal.
Inside the hellrift, you'll find yourself at the top of a platform. A giant demon named Shulgoth will charge at you and attack. Shulgoth is a big, slow melee demon, but he also has a concussion attack and a fire attack. From our experience, the fire attack is the most powerful, so the easiest way to handle him is to circle around the hellrift backwards, and hit him with ranged attacks while he chases you. If you take too much damage, or if you just need a break, you can always enter the hellrift to return to Covent Garden Market. Shulgoth won't chase you there, and so you can take your time to re-prepare yourself for the battle.
When Shulgoth dies, he will drop a whole lot of equipment, including (probably) some legendary items. After sorting through the loot, you'll need to search through the zone and kill some imp troopers until you find Dr. Fawkes' body. When you click on the body you'll find The Remains of Dr. Fawkes. Taking those remains to Brandon Lann in
Covent Garden Station will complete the quest.
