Walkthrough

For this quest you'll mostly just need to kill a big, scythe-wielding demon named Bloodblade. Bloodblade is a slow melee demon, and so the easiest way to deal with him is to back up down the Exodus tunnel, firing on him while he chases you. Bloodblade has a ton of hit points, so killing him will take a while, but there isn't anything tricky about him, so it's just a matter of wearing him down and using enough health injectors to keep yourself alive.

When Bloodblade dies, a portal will appear over his body. Through the portal you'll meet two more sages, the Brothers. After speaking to them twice, when you return through the portal, you'll receive another transmission from Lord Arphaun. The transmission will end the quest and Act IV, and it will trigger your next quest, Triage.
