OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- DESTROY TANKS: The factory grounds are heavily guarded by tanks. Destory them before entering (4 Total).
- LOCATE SENSOR: Find the Sentinel Guidance System Sensor.
- FIND CONTROLLER: Locate the Sentinel Navigational Controller.
ENTRANCE
From the Xtraction Point, head down the path to the right (left is a dead end). You'll come to a tank and some guards. A quick cut scene will occur showing the tank turning around. Go for the tank first, as that's the most damaging enemy. At this point, it should be fairly easy to take out if you've levelled up your characters appropriately. After the tank, continue forward and you'll come to the gates of the fence. Continue forward and you'll come to the second tank. You can take it out from a distance using any character. Throwing items such as the barrels or crates around the area surprisingly does some damage. Even more if you use Jean's telekinesis. You can even throw guards at it to destroy the turret. (A fun thing to do is when you see the truck, and you've levelled Jean's telekinesis high enough, throw the truck at it.) Continue forward and you'll come to two more tanks. After the last tank, you'll turn the corner and you'll see a huge set of doors on the left. One of the guards in this area has the keycard needed to get in. Once you get it, don't go in yet. Instead, keep moving around the next corner. You'll see a container unit in the corner. Walk inside and to the end and you'll find the HIVE FACTORY SKETCH BOOK. Head back to the doors, open them, fight the guards and head inside.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- DESTROY PRODUCTION MACHINERY: Stop Sentinel production by destroying the machinery (3 Total).
FABRICATION FACILITY
You'll start off next to an extraction point. Head forward and into the large room. Go down the stairs and head forward to the far end. You'll pass under a bridge and make a left. Head up the stairs and into the room. Make a left and onto the bridge. Make your way across into the next room. There's a door to the left and straight. Go straight first to pick up the QUALIFYING EXAM 500 DANGER ROOM DISC. Then go to the door on the left. Head out the door on the opposite side onto another short bridge and into the next room. Continue forward onto another short bridge and into the next room, then make a right. Head down the stairs and make a right. Halfway into the room, on the left is the first machine to destroy. Continue forward and go around the corner. Head to the opposted end of that room and make a right. Pass the room and make another right. The last two machines are on the left side. Head forward to the end and make a left to get to the next section.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- DESTROY SENTINEL MACHINERY: Stop Sentinel production by destorying the assembly machinery (3 Total).
ARMOR APPLICATION
Head forward and go down the steps to the left. The first machine is in the center of the room. Continue forward to the stairs on the opposite end and head up into the room. Continue forward into the next room. Break the wall at the far end and you'll come to a room with lab tech. Talk to him. Then make a right and head down the steps. The second machine is in the center of the room. continue to the opposite end and up the stairs. Make left into the door and head through the room to the end and make a right into the next room. Break the wall at the far end and follow the room around to the left. Continue forward and make a right onto a short bridge. Continue around and down the steps. The last machine is in the center of the room. Head to the opposite end, up the steps and onto the next section.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- DISABLE LEG PLACEMENT MACHINERY: Disable the leg placement machinery (2 Total).
LEG ATTACHMENT
Head forward. An Xtraction Point is to the right. Go left and jump off the bridge, heading to the far side and up the stairs. Enter the room and you'll find the first machine. Continue out the door at the opposite end and you'll come to a broken bridge. Create one (with Iceman, Magma, or Jean) and head across. Make a left and continue till you see steps to the right. Head down the steps and to the left until you come to stairs on the left. Go up and into the room and you'll find the second machine. Head back out and down the steps and head to the far left corner. Go up those stairs and make a left. In the room, make a right into the next, head to the far door and onto the next section.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- SHUT DOWN ARM MACHINERY: Shut down the arm placement machinery (2 Total).
ARM ATTACHMENT
Follow the path around and it'll lead you to a hall that runs left and right. Both sides have the machines as well as Sentinel production doors. To stop the Sentinels from coming out, you need to weld the doors while they're shut (using Storm, Magma or Cyclops). After shutting down the machines, head up the stairs on the far right side and make a left. Continue forward to the end and make a left. Head to the opposite end and go right. Break the wall on the far end and move on to the next section.
HEAD ATTACHMENT
You'll start with an Xtraction point to the left. Go forward and a make a left. Head to the end and make a left. At the end make a right. Make a right again when you are able. You'll come to a set of stairs ahead and a door to the right side. Go through the door first. Here you'll find the GUIDANCE SYSTEM SENSOR. Go through the door to the left and across the bridge. In this room is the FOCUS 601 DANGER ROOM DISC. Go back to the bridge and jump off. Head to the left and make a right. Continue heading straight until you get to a set of Sentinel Production doors. (Once again, to stop them from coming out, you need to weld them when they're shut.) Head to the left and up the stairs and into the room. Go around the corner and to the next section.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- BATTLE SENTINELS: Destory all of the Sentinels in the storage room (8 Total).
- FIGHT THE BIO-SENTINELS: Destory the BioSentinels in your way (2 Total).
STORAGE WAREHOUSE
Just keep heading forward. There's not divergent paths on this level, so you can't get lost. Halfway through you'll come across the NAVIGATIONAL CONTROLLER. The Advanced Sentinels aren't that special. Just fight them like any other enemy. They just take a little longer to destroy (personally, I think the Mark II's are tougher).
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- INVESTIGATE LOWER LEVELS: Investigate the lower levels of the Sentinel factory.
BIO LABS HOLDING
This section is also pretty straightforward and you really can't get lost. The third room has a hidden chamber in the left corner. The only way to get in is using Nightcrawler's teleportation. However, the only thing of importance is a health pack. Two-thirds the way in also is a health draining machine.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- LOCATE KINCAID: Find General Kincaid.
BIO LAB WORKSHOP
From the start, head forward into the room. Head out the door on the far end and go around the corner and into the next room. There's a health draining machine here. Continue to the opposite end and make a left. Go to the far end of the hall and up the steps into the next room. There's an Xtraction Point here. Break the wall ahead and then the next wall after that. Head forward and you'll see a pool to the right with a sketch book on the far end. The water is damaging. There is a sort of glitch here through, which is good because there'd otherwise be no way of getting the MANSION SKETCHES SKETCH BOOK. Use a flying character and fly all the way to the wall where the sketch book is. Land and you'll find yourself sort of standing on the ledge, but not really. Pick up the sketch book and fly back. Continue to the far end of the room and you'll come to Kincaid's office. Head to the left and continue forward to the exit.
BIO LAB GALLERY
This section is pretty straight forward. In the fourth room at the far end is an Xtraction point. The sixth room has a health draining machine. When you get to the tenth room, you have to break the wall at the far end to proceed. The eleventh room has another health draining machine. In the fifteenth room, you'll see a large tank on the left wall. Jump/Fly on top and you'll find the NIGHTMARE WOLVERINE DANGER ROOM DISC.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- LIBERATE GATEWAY: Free Gateway from his prison.
- FREE MORLOCKS: Liberate the Morlocks from their prisons and get them to Gateway (5 Total).
- GET KINCAID: Capture General William Kincaid before he escapes.
SUBJECT RETENTION CENTER
Head forward and through the door, then through the door to the left and make a left and out the door at the far end. You'll see Gateway and a Morlock imprisoned in the center of the room. Break one or more of the columns at the corners of the forcefield to free them. Gateway will then open a portal which will bring the Morlocks to safety. Head up the stairs to the left of Gateway. The door to the left will be locked until after you free the rest of the Morlocks, so head to the door on the right. Take the path to the left. You'll come to a room with two cells at the far end. Destroy the columns on either end of the barriers to free the Morlocks. Head back to Gateway to get these Morlocks out of here. Now take the path to the right. Head down to the end of the hall and through the door. Another Morlock is imprisoned on the right. Again, destroy one of the columns to free him. But don't head back to Gateway yet. Instead continue forward and around the corner. You'll come to two cells surrounded by a sort of (deadly) moat. Create a bridge to both doors, head across and free the two Morlocks. But before you head back, you will need a flying character and Nightcrawler to pick up a free Skill point and XP. Pick up Nightcrawler and fly him around the cells to the ledge on the far side. Teleport Nightcrawler into the room you find there and you'll get a free Skill Point and XP. (If you want to have another character pick these up, you'll need to fly Nightcrawler over, then the other character, then have Nightcrawler teleport them in and then teleport them out, and then fly them both out.) Now head back to Gateway to send these three Morlocks home. As soon as the last Morlock goes through the portal, Kincaid will appear from the locked door. A quick interchange will happen and you'll have a new objective. Head through the newly opened door and continue forward until you reach the last room. Gateway will open a portal for you to proceed.
OBJECTIVE UPDATE
- DESTROY BIO-CHAMBERS: Destory the three bio-chambers to stop the Advanced Sentinels.
BIO CHAMBER STOARGE
Just follow the path around until you come to a large room. The three bio-chambers are here as well as both a health draining and energy draining machine. After destroying the bio chambers, head to the room at the opposite end and follow that around till you reach a dead end. Mission accomplished.
