Heavy Clothing (View Item)
Heavy Clothing adds a point to your Bashing & Lethal Soak Feats and doesn't reduce your Dexterity. You'll be able to obtain it first from Fat Larry in the Downtown district.
Light Leather (View Item)
Light Leather adds two points to your Bashing & Lethal Soak Feats, but reduces your Dexterity by one point. You'll be able to obtain it first from Slater in the Red Spot convenience store in the Hollywood district.
Heavy Leather (View Item)
Heavy Leather adds three points to your Bashing & Lethal Soak Feats, but reduces your Dexterity by one point. You'll be able to obtain it first from Tseng's in the Chinatown district.
Body Armor (View Item)
Body Armor adds four points to your Bashing & Lethal Soak Feats, but reduces your Dexterity by two points. You can only obtain this armor through Heather Poe, and only then if your timing is right during the ghouling process...
