2 - Hylas / Skeletons

When you first approach this spot, you'll encounter several skeletons with "quest auras" at their feet. Defeating the skeletons will cause Hylas to crawl out of his hiding place and talk to you.

Hylas will update the main quest "The Source of Monsters." He'll tell you that an army of monsters marched off "somewhere" a few days ago, and that gorgons can be found in the cave to the east (Exit B). He'll also tell you that a beautiful woman went into the cave and got turned to stone.

"Oh, the eyes! Bad dreams... yellow eyes, red eyes. Hungry... savage."
