Tower of Judgment

Did we miss anything in this section? Is there something we didn't discover? Let us know!

1 - Canace the Serpent Queen

Canace is one of the four empusa bosses that you’ll encounter during the course of the campaign. She’ll drop a Venom Stone when she dies. You can use this stone (along with three others) to open Hades’ Treasury.

2 - Admetus

When you approach the doorway here, Admetus will unlock it and allow you to come inside. Then when you talk to him, he’ll update the side quest “Admetus Among the Dead,” and he’ll warn you that Cerberus (#3) has been turned away from his true purpose. You’ll also find some majestic chests here.

3 - Cerberus

Cerberus is a fairly nasty boss. He has two special attacks: a poison “grenade” that will cause damage wherever it lands, and poison “flames” that will appear on the floor and damage whatever moves through them. The flames will always appear in the same places (in the cracks in the floor), so as long as you can dodge the grenades and stay in the safe places on the floor, you should be able to take down Cerberus without too much trouble. But if you take a wrong step (which is easy to do), you’ll probably die pretty quickly and then have to make the long run back to the fight to try again.

Note: If you die, then Cerberus will regain all of his health, so you won’t be able to wear him down a little at a time. If you have trouble with Cerberus, it’s a good idea to visit some shops and look for some poison resistance equipment that you can wear for the fight. You might also want to try out some scrolls and see if they help you.

Once Cerberus goes down, the doors to the room will re-open, allowing you to continue on towards Minos (#4).

4 - Minos

Minos will judge you worthy, “for you seek to save what is good,” and then he’ll open a one-way portal for you leading to Elysium (Exit G).

Talking to Minos will complete the main quest “Judgment of the Living” and trigger the next main quest “The Battle for Elysium.” It will also earn you an arcane formula and 32,000 experience points.

Exits:

A Exit to the Dread Halls.
B Stairs between levels 1 and 2.
C Stairs between levels 2 and 3.
D Stairs between levels 3 and 4/5.
G Portal to Elysium. This portal will only appear after you’ve spoken to Minos (#4).
