Background

At a Hidden Treasure site in Toussaint South (#1), you'll discover a destroyed camp with some level 40 drowners hanging about. After defeating the drowners, when you search the camp you'll find a book containing Orders on Stained Paper and a Key. Reading the orders will trigger the quest.


Walkthrough

The orders will indicate that there's "cargo" in the water to the west. When you swim out in that direction, you'll discover the wreckage of a ship (#2). You'll find lots of containers around the ship, including a locked chest containing the diagram for the steel sword Belhaven Blade. Looting the chest will complete the quest.
