Walkthrough
Extinguish
When you reach Dr. DeSoto (#1), he won’t want to be captured like the rest of the survivors, and he’ll kill himself before you can get to him. So to complete the quest, you’ll just need to click on the nearby engine control computer to disable the final bomb, and then Pilot will request your presence in
Central Computing, which you can reach via
Shuttle Control (Exit C).
Liberation
As before, you’ll just need to fight your way to Dr. DeSoto (#1) to rescue him. When you get there, Frank will contact you and let you know that he’s tracked down Jake in
Shuttle Control (Exit C), and so that’s where you should go next.

“Come along, Clara. Daddy will keep you safe.” And that’s how the Clara subplot will come to an end.
