*&@#) Carpenter Quests

Postby lerrisalren » Wed Dec 17, 2003 1:11 am

Ok.....So I can't get this quest to work. I go to Marek to talk but all he does is speak of the bandits...nothing else. I get no options to get him to talk about Althea or converting. Am I missing something?

Probably. This quest is actually long and more than just the carpenter quest is involved. Even though I looked at the walkthru here and at gamefaqs.com I still had trouble completing them all, you have to go back and forth talking to various people in the loop and possibly due to the towns construction, (everything looks alike for the first few days of playing).

Basically, you'll have to talk to Bing's family and cure Bing, then convince them to convert to Cuthbert, then you'll have got them to convert so you can convince Terjon that the other guy can convert to the old faith.

Got it thanks

Thanks for the reply...I just got a level and boosted my diplomancy up, and it seems to have worked as I am getting more conversation options now.

Crap.

Hmmm, once had something like that. I reccommend talking to EVERY person involved in the quest. This mostly opens up new dialog lines.
