Hello happy campers and spammers :)

I just thought I'd stop by and visit the good ol spamming grounds. So, what's changed, what's new, and what's been happening around here?
Cartoon Law III
Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Heya X man :) Life outside of SYM is good. Got a nice cushy job, flash new car, and I've actually seen these things the outside world people call trees. Kinda cool ;)

What have you been up to? Still partying all night? :D

@The Jaker: Decided to take the day off today. My first day off since I started. How could I resist not coming here and spamming, er I mean talking with everyone ;)

Scary that there seems to be no escape from this place.

Xandax: Yes, I know... trees, scary things. :p So are you enjoying the computer science degree? Is it much better than the other one you were doing?

I started as part of a team working on managing databases around the CBD, but they've actually got me into the actual creation side of it now, which is much more exciting since I'm no longer playing with other peoples work, but making my own :)

Harry: LOL :) Well I have to be somewhere, otherwise I'd be nowhere, but then again, that's still somewhere :)

Oh yes - this javaprogramming seems to agree with me - I'm like 3-4 weeks ahead, instead of behind now :D

Cool - 'bout your job :)

And BTW - what is the function of these ...."trees"??? - are they like a hyperlink or something :D

Xandax: Hey cool, must be something in the air for all of us to be returning. :)

Jaker: Taking days off work is always a good idea... don't know why I didn't think of it sooner! :D

Programming was never really my idea of fun... but I must admit that Java wasn't too bad. It was actually fun in a weird kinda way. Still, I suppose you could call SQL programming, so i guess it's not that bad.

You know, I never actually got around to asking what these "tree" things did... I'll have to do that one of these days ;) :p

Harry: Don't worry, I have a feeling my somewhere is far enough away from your somewhere  ;) (Harry hears a rattling outside his window) MUAAA HA HAA HA HA :D

Xandax: I think it's because everyone here has a similar interest and dare I say it, a bond, that kind of makes everyone enjoy it here. Either that or the free food. :p

I messed around a bit with C++ before starting this college (see now I'm not in university anymore - now I'm in college :D ) - but Java is actually rather easy, except for the people in my class :D
But so far we haven't covered much, because these people in my class are not so good - so I just get behind a computer and program my way through all the excerises :D

But I like programming, we even had an access database assignment, where we started doing VBA to make the program almost automatic :D
