Playing with three characters is in many ways superior to a full party. They are easier to control, they get more experience and better equipment, and you can still cover all necessary fields. I would say that 2-3 characters would be easiest to beat the game with if you know how to use them to their...

Do you have to play with 6 characters?

I've been reading something about you getting lower exp depending on your level, and I was just wondering if that makes a 6 member party far superior to a party with fewer members? I generally prefer to have 2-4 characters in my party in games such as Baldur's Gate 2, but if you get less exp for bei...

I don't know HOW many times I'll have to repeat myself here: Crom Faeyr is one of the worst weapons for backstabbers. The game is designed in such a way that it adds the str damage after the backstab damage, thus 25 str will give you only 2-3 points of extra damage even in a backstab. 22-23 str will...

If you must go for a solo warrior class, the best one would be Inquisitor. Unfortenately, full warrior classes are rarely that funny to play. Too little diversity. You'll have a lot funnier with some kind of thief or bard if you don't want to dual/mutli-class. If you're a good player you might even ...

She most definately is, but her summoned beasts are not. And sometimes all you need is a little lone time with the big demi-god cutie. ;)

Normal or Core, depending on whether I can be arsed to reroll/relearn scrolls all the time. I never cared about difficulty very much since the only difference in my playstyle is that I'll use more immunity than resistance for tankers. :p

I prefer mods for increased difficulty.

Duh. I have so high trap laying skills that all the dragon sees is me blowing my nose. Or I have a bard distracting him. :)

But yeah, you should be allright if you're playing the vanilla version of the game. UAI, as already said, should take care of it if you've stashed up some goodies for it!

A sorc, no doubt. Eventhough it wasn't that much of a challenge it was bloody funny.

Although I doubt it can be called Soloing when you have four Mordies and a Planetar doing all the slaughtering for you. >p

Any non-quest item may be stored in a container somewhere, and not only chest - you may store all of your extra stuff on a tavern table, for instance, it is as safe a container as a WK chest. Any non-quest item, left on the ground, will disappear eventually, but this won't happen with the 'stored' ...

Cool, I've always been mildly bugged by the fact that everyone in the game seems asexual. Or a wuss. Don't get me wrong, I understand the reason, that's why it only mildly bugs me. ^^

Definately a mod I'll try though. Thanks a lot.

the point was that it was suppose to be difficult.... It won't be. A planetar accompanied by four Mordenkainen's Sword are pretty much unbeatable except by death spell and top-notch bosses. Mordies are all immune to physical damage and a lot of spells while the Planetar is like a frenzied fighter/m...

A fighter/thief/mage most likely. I'm very versatile and is more likely to swap profession as much as possible than delve very deep into a specific one.

CFM, you have peaked my interest in these games, especially PT. I'm speaking for almost everyone I know who has played that game when I say that if you're into story-lines, plots, well-developed characters and characterinteractions in any way, you'll not be sorry about buying this game. Do understa...

I may have missed something, here, but you do realize that Jan is neutral rather than evil, correct? At least, that's what the system insists. Personally, I find him more chaotic good, if it comes to that. Yeah. But he did ask about a thief for his evil party, and the game isn't exactly overflowing...

That appearing busy is a well-known bug. Get the latest patch and if it doesn't work/you already have it, search for fixes for it. Really quite annoying... To get to Umar Hills you have to accept a quest given to you by a little boy in the park in the Government District. If Minsc is in your party h...

It's another one. They're exactly the same except that "Remove" only targets enemies.
