Basically, what sear is saying. I get to hear this "you should be more objective" criticism every now and again (usually on RPGWatch, for some reason), and what people tend to mean by it is "I don't agree with you!" Because for most people objective = my opinion. My logic in reviews has been the sam...

As I noted elsewhere, faulty ad scripts are to blame, and we can't fix it on our side, sadly. They've been reported and our host should pull them soon. Hopefully.

These problems are being caused by some seriously bad coding in the adscripts, and have been occurring UGO-wide, specifically for NW-European users. We've been nailing down the problems and reporting them to our hosts and the offending banners should hopefully be pulled, problems like this always ta...

When you start a new game the "import The Witcher" saves should be available if such a save is available, right after you click "new game".

Potions can be used only from the meditate screen, which you can enter by pressing Ctrl.

You are correct. Other than the Auld Lang Syne quest, this is the only place you can get said armor, which has the highest DT in the game. It is possibly the hardest area in the game due to the density of the deathclaw groups, but it's quite a reward.

It doesn't give you new items, rather it replaces existing rare items with other silly rare items, like a unique gauss rifle with the alien blaster. There's only two instances where it does this, too, mostly it just adds in some silly stuff here and there. There's not a ton of it, I had the trait an...

The hack is gone but the warning is still there, and will be until Google gets around to removing it. Details here.

Usually big-shot voice actors are gimmicks to get people interested in the game. I'm sure they could have found relatively unknown voice actors with some real talent. Oh, well... Yeah, voice acting hires tend to be a bit silly at times. I dunno about Lena Headey, but I wouldn't put Rhys-Davies or S...

Can't say I'd mind any on of the several big RPG titles in October to be shoved back. It's a bit of a full month anyway.

If they'd delay, it'd pretty clearly be to yet again further polish console release, tho'

And I don't know if they have divorce in Kenya. They got lions and tigers, but divorce? Dunno.

Sounds mysteriously similar to Fallout. So, how on earth does something with a zombie apocalypse like we've seen in countless other games gets touted as "the first of its kind"? The first RPG of its kind. Nobody's claimed it is the first time a zombie apocalypse scenario has been using in games, bu...

Indeed. This is highly interesting. Let's hope for more news soon, but so far we got:
- party-based
- TB combat
- isometric
- uses AoD's engine
- is set in a setting that has never been utilized in RPGs

Awesomesauce? Awesomesauce!

Yeah, yeah, we know the drill, and around the time TES V comes around all the game journos will spontaneously realise Fallout 3 wasn't that good.

It's getting old, guy, not sure we're going to keep on buying it.

Why do I get the feeling this thing is a lot worse than most articles are admitting? Something in the tone.. They're kind of all over the place in opinion, which is odd. The fans (over at the official forums) seem to be pretty divided, with quite a lot of them hating the gameplay and story. I think...

Epic Mickey

You guys seen what Spector is up to? "Epic Mickey" sure sounded uninteresting and I kind of didn't care about his collaboration with Disney. Makes sense, no? I mean Disney + Spector = what? Well, apparently it's this. The heck...
