How do you defeat this guy? I am in the wizard's tower and the balor lord is on the second level. I have tried everything, even running past him but I cannot kill him. I am an 18th level monk and no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions or cheats?

Nope. When I click on it and try to use it, it is still saying "This is is an unsuitable location for use of the portal door." Is there a specific place I have to stand in the tower for it to work?

I cannot get the portal to work. I keep on getting a message that says that I am using it in an inappropriate place. Where am I supposed to use it? I smashed the chest that it was in. Does that make a difference? Please help.

I am in the same area and though I am not having a problem being invincible, I am having trouble using the portal. Every time I try to use it, it says that the area is insufficient for the portal. I can't get in to fight the Lich. Can anyone help me?
