Once you've put Alval Uvani to rest in the A Matter of Honor quest, you'll be given the task of assassinating a savage Nord Barbarian named Havilstein Hoar-Blood at the campsite on top of Gnoll Mountain. The mountain can be reached by traveling east of Bruma, then slightly north so that you're just under the "M" in "The Ferall Mountains."
There really isn't a whole lot to this mission once you reach your destination. Prepare accordingly, then give Havilstein the death he has coming to him via any means necessary. You're also going to have to deal with his pet wolf Redmaw, as well, so you may want to kill the beast first to get it out of the way. When Havilstein lies bleeding in the snow, grab his magical battle axe and proceed to the Ayleid ruin of Nornal. Your next dead drop is located in an old chest that lies sunken in a pool of water there.
Nornal lies to the south of Muck Valley Cavern, one of the areas you visited previously during the Next of Kin quest. Go inside once you find the ruin and move down the main corridor until you come to an intersection. Take a right and submerge yourself into the water. A simple locked gate bars your way to the sunken chest, so pick the lock quick and then grab your 500 Gold and seventh set of orders. This will bring you to the A Kiss Before Dying quest.
