This quest is another placeholder that shows up after the The Lonely Wanderer quest is complete. It's there simply to remind you to speak with Ocheeva about another contract. When you finally talk to her, she will give you the task of killing a warlord named Roderick at Fort Sutch. This will initiate the Bad Medicine quest.
