Computer Games Magazine has conducted an interview with Troika's Leonard Boyarsky, in which they discuss the RPG developer's closure. An excerpt:
Q: Looking back at the history of Troika, what were the main lessons that you personally learned from the experience?
A: I learned quite a lot about running a business and managing teams, though, sadly, we will never be able to implement our new plans for running the business or the teams. One thing that we definitely learned was that to have a great team you need great leads – and we couldn’t be great leads when we were busy running the business, managing finances, etc. We were in the process of looking for someone to run the business side of things when we closed.
