The folks at GameApex have taken a closer look at Dungeon Siege II: Broken World, giving Gas Powered Games' expansion pack an overall score of 7/10.
Dungeon Siege II: Broken World is a lot of fun while it lasts. The replayability is improved from the original Dungeon Siege game, but it still can't match Diablo II with its lackluster online play and stagnant community.
Overall, Dungeon Siege II: Broken World offers a great single-player experience and provides me, personally, with a perfect taste of Diablo-esque gameplay to tide me over while I wait patiently for Diablo III.
