Interplay has released its second newsletter for their upcoming Fallout Online MMO, only this one is somewhat more obscure, showing a teaser leaflet for "The Church of Harold". It is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the ghoul Harold, who you might recall has appeared in every main installment of Fallout to date.
