Blizzard Entertainment has treated us to a nearly five-minute trailer that spotlights the artisans we'll be earning the loyalty of in Diablo III. To give us a better understanding of how we'll be making the best use of these NPCs, lead designer Jay Wilson takes us through the game's crafting system, including how socketing will work, the advantages of salvaging items, and the benefits of upgrading our artisans. Well worth a watch:
