Arcania "Ultimate Gaming Gig" Contest Concludes, Blog Launched

DreamCatcher and JoWooD have announced the winner of their Arcania "Ultimate Gaming Gig" contest, while also kicking off the new Arcania: Gothic 4 blog with a post covering the game's presence at E3. The press release:

Toronto, ON: DreamCatcher Games officially announces the winner of the Ultimate Gaming Gig Contest. The North American ArcaniA Gaming Correspondent is Brendan James (BJ) Muller from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. BJ will be attending college in the fall to study Video Game Development and will work with DreamCatcher Games leading up to the release of Arcania: Gothic 4 in October, 2010.

BJ has been given a Flip Video Camera and Dell Notebook for capturing interviews with game developers, gaming media, industry insiders, and behind-the-scenes footage at GamesCom in Cologne, Germany.

(We chose BJ because of his infectious passion and motivation to break into the industry.) says Roman Wenzl, CEO of DreamCatcher Games. (BJ was with us at E3 in Los Angeles and helped us out a lot. He will be getting some hands-on experience and will keep gaming fans updated through our new Arcania Correspondent blog.)
