GamesRadar weighs in on 1C Company and Arise's A Farwell to Dragons, but unfortunately they don't have very many kinds words to spare for the party-based CRPG. Here's the conclusion that goes with their 5/10 score:
With another dragon-singed RPG looming large this winter, it's hard to see anyone who'll be keen enough to say that final goodbye to our scaly chums; you'd have to be seriously upset with them to dedicate serious time to the unspectacular A Farewell to Dragons.
