After hammering away on Dragon Age: Origins for the past couple of weeks, we're pleased to announce the availability of a fully searchable equipment database for the game. The database currently spans about 1100 items, including all armor, weapons, and other trinkets you'll be picking up during your fight against the Darkspawn. We've been adding locations as we find and verify them (want to know where every love letter is?), and will continue to add more over the coming days, weeks, and months.

If you find that we're missing any statistics or locations, feel free to send them to us and we'll add them to the database as soon as we can. In particular, if anybody has access to the Best Buy-exclusive dagger (The Edge), the Game Crazy-exclusive belt (Guildmaster's Belt), or any of the collector's edition items, we'd appreciate it if you could send us a screenshot of their in-game stats. Those five items are not currently attached to our account, so we can't verify their exact stats ourselves.

I should also point out that we've begun work on our Dragon Age: Origins walkthrough, so keep an eye on that as we continue to flesh it out to completion. Our codex database will be coming soon, as well.

UPDATE: Our set item database is now online, too. I'll be adding screenshots of my characters wearing each set over the coming days, just in case aesthetics means more to you than statistics :).
